My name is Silvia Rama and I have been working in the world of communication, education and narrative design for over 20 years. I founded and now run a communication agency, where I designed campaigns, presentations, events and strategies for consortia, public institutions and local realities. I come from a managerial background, I worked for two multinationals for some years. But at a certain point I felt the need to take a leap: go beyond the boundaries of operations and put in the center what I really love - people, relationships, training. Today I am an independent consultant and trainer. I accompany companies, institutions and professionals in the construction of training courses and strategic consulting that enhance internal communication, educational design and relational development. I work with people who want to grow with authenticity, clarity and impact. My approach is concrete, empathic and sartorial: every intervention comes from a listening, each project is built to measure. I believe in training as a transformative space, communication as a lever for change and storytelling as an instrument of awareness.
I also continue to study and inform myself, to further expand my skills and offer more effective, interesting and generative courses.

I love cats, I have a cat named Mimi that makes my days special. I like good old music, sports and quality cinema.
